Policy on the Processing of Personal Data

1. General provisions
This Policy defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures to ensure their security at the operator (hereinafter — the Operator) and is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter — 152-FZ).

3. Purposes of personal data processing
- registration of participants of the academic conference;
- receipt and processing of applications (abstracts of reports);
- preparation of the conference programme and the proceedings;
- informing participants about the course of the conference;
- (subject to separate consent) publication of the full name, city, organization and report topic in the public list of participants.
4. Legal basis for processing
Consent of the personal data subject (art. 6 part 1 clause 1 of 152-FZ), given during registration.
5. Categories of subjects and the list of processed personal data
Subjects: conference participants and co-authors.
List of a participant's processed personal data:
- surname, first name, patronymic (Russian and English spelling);
- year of birth;
- contact details: email, phone;
- country, city;
- organization, position, academic degree, academic rank;
- report details: title, section, form of participation, language, information on grant support;
- co-authors' full names (provided by the participant);
- uploaded abstract files.
6. Actions performed with personal data
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.
7. Transfer of personal data to third parties
Personal data are not transferred to third parties without the subject's consent, except in cases directly provided for by law. To send email notifications, the Operator uses the services of a third-party mail server under a processing-assignment agreement (art. 6 part 3 of 152-FZ).
8. Storage periods
A participant's personal data are processed throughout the entire period of preparing and holding the conference and are stored for no more than 1 (one) year after its completion, after which they are deleted automatically. In the event of withdrawal of consent, the data are deleted earlier within the time limits established by law.
9. Cross-border transfer
Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out. Personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are processed and stored on the territory of the Russian Federation (art. 18 part 5 of 152-FZ).
10. Rights of the personal data subject
The subject has the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of their personal data (personal account, the "My data" page);
- request clarification, blocking or destruction of personal data;
- withdraw consent to processing (via the personal account — "Delete account" — or by letter to the responsible person);
- appeal the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor and in court.
11. Protection measures
The Operator takes technical and organizational measures in accordance with art. 19 of 152-FZ and FSTEC Order No. 21: user identification and authentication, access control, logging of security events, limiting the number of login attempts, encryption of transmitted data (HTTPS), protection against request forgery, backup, regular software updates.

The Operator reserves the right to make changes. In case of material changes, the user is prompted to review and confirm consent again upon the next login.
